Good choice!!! Doesn't it just feel great? Whenever something bad happens to me, I ask myself,"Is this the worse thing that has ever happened to me in my life?" The answer is always no, so whatever bad is happening at the time, doesn't feel so bad anymore and I'm happy all over again.

I found this blog after having a particularily rough run in with a very negative family member today and googling "how to surround yourself with positive people."
